Email Escalations

From this section, you can assign at least one email to communicate if the search couldn’t find the expected results based on various departments. These will be used when the user opts for “Ask Expert” when they can’t find what they are looking for (see here)

Help Utterances

You can configure the ‘How can I help you?’ utterances from here. Note that only the labels will be shown to the user in the Kora chat window and the corresponding utterance will be triggered when the user selects it.
